The GP Unique
It's hard to find a hotter hatchback than the GP Unique. It features big intakes, a curved arch and a two-part rear wing. These are features typically reserved for French unicorns.
It's a good thing that it doesn't just appear sloppy. It also feels quick. The engine is powerful and smooth, its 332lb ft of torque delivering with minimal effort from a speed of just 1,750rpm, and it's well-matched with the swift-shifting automatic gearbox. It's a shame the GP Unique doesn't have a manual option however Mini is clear about its primary focus on lap times and an auto is definitely the best choice in this case.
There are some flaws. The GP Unique's passive suspension is firm, but not engaging. If you drive on a smooth straight B road the chassis' dynamic limits are easily stretched, but it's difficult to keep the car in line with your inputs. The front end gets slightly snatchy and the car is unable to hold its line when it's under the pressure of irregular British bumps.
Once you dial into the GP Unique, its handling is superb. Its front end and body control remind us of the JCW racecar we drove last year. It's a joy to drive on a slick road, and especially when you're in a positive mood.
The car's chassis feels different from that of the regular MT-09 because of its increased torsional rigidity, and larger axles. The new GP has 24.7 degrees of rake, and 108mm of trail, which is more pronounced on the front than the R6's - but it also translates into incredible stability in corners.
Another fantastic feature of GP is the PO Generator module. This module allows you to look at your current inventory and the min/max level you've set for each item, and any open POs that your vendors have (i.e. more inventory is coming) and then generates suggested purchase orders you can then send to your suppliers.
The GP 500

The sound is also impressive. The GP500 has an onboard independent DSP chip with treVolo psychoacoustic tuning that creates 3D audio effects. It is equipped with an internal quad-speaker layout which is positioned in every corner of the cabinet. This is designed to create a sound field that is fully immersive for everyone regardless of the position they are in within the room.
There are several options for connectivity that include HDMI inputs 1, 2 and 3 as well as an optical Toslink SPDIF port that allows the transmission of native Dolby Atmos bitstreams to an external sound bar. The GP 900
